Nissan Navara Acenta Double Cab

The Nissan Navara Acenta Double Cab comes with a 2.5-litre turbo diesel engine as standard, which makes it capable of dealing with practically anything. The figures tend to back that up with 171PS produced at 4,000rpm and a whopping, 403Nm of torque at 2,000rpm making the Nissan Navara Sport quite capable of pulling a 2.6 tonne trailer.

The top speed, on the other hand, is the same 105mph no matter whether it is a Nissan Navara Double or Nissan Navara King Cab, manual or the 5-speed automatic the transmission which is available with the Aventura trim.

To off-road end the vehicle is fitted with a part time 4WD system. On the centre console is a rotary dial, which allows activation of the different settings. In 2WD mode only the rear wheels are driven; in 4H, the torque is split in a 50:50 ratio but what sets the Nissan Navara apart from so-called ‘soft-roaders’ is the low ratio transfer box (4L), making it capable of traversing the rough stuff.

It’s wonderful that the company that saved Saab is also benefiting from having done that in its own business. Aside from the Swedish automaker’s dealer network, Muller said that Spyker has also started to benefit from lower prices for “generic” parts such as windscreen wiper motors that Saab gets through its higher sales volumes, adding that Spyker also plans to “tap Saab’s engineering resources”.

C8 Aileron is one of the first Spyker models to be sold through selected Saab outlets. 2010 Spyker C8 Aileron can reach a top speed of 186mph or 300km/h. This will be sold at a price $214,990 in the U.S.
