The new Saab 9-3 Turbo Edition is equipped with impressive features as standard options include 17-inch alloy wheels, leather interior, heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, 9-speaker audio system with MP3 compatibility 150W and cruise control. New 9-3 Turbo Edition also marks the launch of Saab’s revised EcoPower range diesel engines – technology which is designed to offer CO2 emissions and lower fuel efficiency improvements.
1.9TiD 150hp/110kW current engine producing CO2 emissions of just 137g/km with 54.3mpg combined fuel economy. 180hp/132kW twin turbo diesel engine 1.9TTiD also been revised, and now only produces 139g/km and a combined fuel consumption figure of 53.3mpg suggests. Figures SportWagon also improved for both engines, to 144g/km and 51.4mpg. This puts the Turbo Edition variants with a diesel engine in ved Band E.
In the case of CO2 grams per horsepower, twin turbo diesel badged model (1.9TTiD) are now among the top players in their class, delivering the power while offering attractive tax benefits for fleet decision makers and business motorists.
